Nathen grew up in Sycamore, IL right next to Northern Illinois University. This is where he graduated in May of 2022 with a degree in business administration, along with minors in marketing, professional sales,and sport sales. During his time at NIU, he served as the President of club baseball and was on the club sports council for his junior and senior years.With his leadership and love for the game, he achieved NIU club sports executive of the year in 2022. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding,and hiking.
